Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of corporate wide strategy, including analysis of future technology trends, market segmentation, geographical presence, and new product development.
- Design power point presentation to communicate new corporate strategy to Board of Directors, and key members of management.
- Research key technological trends, distribution channel options, and product mix, and present findings to key members of management.
- Work with key division personnel to implement division level projects based on corporate strategy.
- Assist with all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including modeling, integration planning, target selection, and due diligence.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of consulting experience from a top five Management Consulting Agency
- 3+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting with market and product segmentation
- MBA from a nationally ranked institution (top 20)
- Experience with PC - knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Desired Characteristics:

Eligibility Requirements:
- Willingness to travel 20% of the time
